CREATEPROCESS 

NM and CM callable.
Creates a process and allows you to assign $STDIN and $STDLIST to any
file.  Process handling (PH) capability is required.

createstatus is a 32-bit signed integer by reference in Native Mode (NM),
and a 16-bit signed integer by reference for Compatibility Mode (CM).[REV
