MPE/iX Quick Reference Guide

IOMAP

IOMAP is a standalone utility that identifies the actual configuration of
the system and its paths and devices. Use it to map all existing I/O
components in the system and to test I/O system components, using IOMAP's
selftest and loopback diagnostics. Run IOMAP from the initial system
loader (ISL) prompt; it can only be run on a down system. IOMAP shows
processor identification (model, identification, processor board
revisions, cache sizes, coprocessors, and main memory) and I/O
configuration (paths and components for all cards). By comparing this
information with system configuration information, you can see if the
hardware that is physically available is the same as the hardware that is
configured into the system. Also see SYSMAP.
