MPE/iX Commands Reference Manual Volume I

DOIONOW 

Executes the changes to the I/O configuration made with the SYSGEN
utility, while the system remains online.

Syntax 

DOIONOW

Parameters 

None.

Operation Notes 

Use the DOIONOW command to start the online reconfiguration of your I/O
devices.

Use 

This command is available from a job, session, a program, or in BREAK.
Pressing Break has no effect on this command.

Example 

After you have made changes to the system I/O configuration with SYSGEN's
I/O Configurator, enter:

     :DOIONOW
