Troubleshooting tftpd 

The following error messages may be generated by TFTP and logged with the
syslog facility, if it is enabled:

Error messages generated by tftp

Message                   Explanation                                                                                                

Unknown option ignored    An invalid option was specified in the tftpd
                          arguments.  Remove or correct the arguments and
                          restart tftpd.

Invalid total time-out    The value given for the -T option was either
                          not a number or was a negative number.  Correct
                          the value and restart tftpd.

Invalid retransmission    The value for the -R option was either not a
time-out                  number or was a negative number.  Correct the
                          value and restart tftpd.

system call<$Isystem      The system call specified in the message
call>:...                 failed.  The reason for failure is explained in
                          the error message appended to the system call
                          name in its documentation.
