INITUSLF
NM and CM callable.
Initializes a buffer corresponding to record 0 of a USL file to the empty
state.
NOTE A USL contains CM object code and is meaningful only in the CM
program development process.

Functional Return
uslferror 16-bit signed integer (assigned functional return)
Returns error information. If no error occurs, no
value is returned. If an error occurs (condition
code returns CCL (1)), one of the following is
returned:
Value Meaning
0 An unexpected end-of-file was encountered when writing
to uslfnum.
1 Unexpected I/O error occurred.
3 Your request attempted to exceed the maximum file size
(32,768 records) or was smaller than the minimum file
size (4 records).
Parameters
uslfnum 16-bit signed integer by value (required)
The file number of the USL file.
record 16-bit signed integer array (required)
Passes and returns a buffer, corresponding to the
first record of the USL file (record 0), to be
initialized to the empty state. Set this
128-element array to all zeros. The intrinsic sets
certain values in record 0 before returning to the
calling program.
Condition Codes
CCE (2) Request granted.
CCG (0) Not returned.
CCL (1) Request denied. An error number is returned to
uslferror.
