Warning Users Two Minutes Before Shutting Down the System 

The TELL command, mentioned in previous sections, does not send its
message to sessions in quiet mode.  The WARN command, however, sends its
message to all sessions, including those in quiet mode.

Warn users two minutes before shutting down the system.  Enter:

     :WARN @S;SYSTEM SHUTDOWN IN 2 MINUTES.  LOG OFF.
