Chapter 7  Modifying Miscellaneous Configuration Elements 

The MISC configurator provides commands to configure various types of
file information difficult to categorize elsewhere.  The MISC
configurator handles changes to job-related and session-related items,
processes, system resource allocations, spool parameters, stack and heap
sizes, and miscellaneous system information.
