Manager's Guide to MPE/iX Security

Chapter 3  Managing System Users with Passwords and Logon Restrictons 

This chapter describes the methods and tools available to System Managers
(SM capability) and Account Managers (AM capability) for controlling
system access with passwords and logon limitations, and for listing
security information.


CAUTION  System managers should use great care to not loose or forget the
         system manager password.  This password can be written down,
         sealed in a secure envelope, and locked in a safe.
