Controlling System Activity
Chapter 2 Using the Account Structure for Security
This chapter describes the components of the account structure and its
built-in security provisions. In particular, it describes:
* The four components of an account structure: accounts, groups,
users, and files.
* Built-in security features: passwords, lockwords, capabilities, and
file access restrictions.
* User roles and responsibilities.
This chapter defines many terms you need to know in order to follow the
instructions in later chapters for creating or modifying an account
structure.
