Messages to the Console Operator 

TELLOP messages are general messages from users to the system operator.
Unlike a system console request, a TELLOP message does not suspend the
sender's program.  In any case, common courtesy dictates a prompt
response from the console.

A message can be sent to the system console by entering:

     TELLOP text 

where text is the message text, consisting of any string of ASCII
characters.  The default is that no message text is sent.

If a user sends the following message, for example:

     TELLOP HOW SOON IS SYSTEM SHUTDOWN?

The following message appears on the system console:

     20:01/#S14/46/FROM PAT.SMITH/HOW SOON IS SYSTEM SHUTDOWN?
