Programmatic Session Control 

The STARTSESS command is used to initiate sessions on remote terminals
(terminals other than the initiating terminal).

The syntax for starting a remote session is:

     STARTSESS ldev[;[sessionname,]user[/userpass].acct[/acctpass][,group[/grouppass]]]

This starts a session named sessionname running on the terminal
identified by ldev.
