Application Program Without NLS 

Figure 7-2 shows an application program that does not make use of NLS
capabilities.  This NATIVE-3000 application makes use of conventional
programming techniques and standard MPE and subsystem features to achieve
the key language-dependent functions.  It cannot be localized without
reprogramming and is unaffected by the introduction of NLS.
