NLS System Utilities 

System managers use LANGINST to select and configure native languages to
be supported on their system(s).  NLUTIL is used to obtain the details of
languages installed on a system.  For a full description of the LANGINST
and NLUTIL utilities, refer to the MPE XL System Utilities Reference 
Manual (32650- 90081).
