Invoking SAT
If a system has failed or hung, it must be restarted through the access
port using the TC command.
Do not use the RS command--it erases memory!
If SAT is not present on disk and must be booted from tape, ISL must
first be booted from disk so that the MMSAVE utility has a chance to save
main memory to disk. If this step is skipped, SAT is loaded into memory,
overlaying the state of the machine.
