RESET COMMAND 

This command resets all the SYSDIC and DICT3000 parameters to the initial
state.  If a parameter has a default value, the default value is assigned
to it.  If a parameter has no default value, the parameter value becomes
void (as represented by '***' in the SHOW command).  System Dictionary
and the Dictionary/V dictionary are both closed.
