Define Messages (4200-4209)
4200 MESSAGE Both VERSION and STATUS were specified. STATUS is ignored
(SDWARN 4200)
CAUSE Both the VERSION and STATUS keywords cannot be specified in the
same command. Either VERSION for a specific version, or STATUS
for the last version of the given status, should be used.
ACTION Do nothing and the version will be used and the status ignored.
The next time the dictionary is opened, specify either the
specific version (VERSION) or a specific status (STATUS), but
not both.

4201 MESSAGE Quoted passwords cannot extend to multiple lines (SDERR 4201)
CAUSE If the password is entered with quotes, it must be entered on a
single line.
ACTION Specify the password so the opening and closing quotes are on
the same line.

4202 MESSAGE Invalid scope password. Remember case counts (SDWARN 4202)
CAUSE An invalid password has been entered in response to the scope
password. Remember that System Dictionary distinguishes between
uppercase and lowercase characters in a scope password.
ACTION Specify the correct password for the scope.

4203 MESSAGE Exceeded maximum tries for a valid scope password (SDERR 4203)
CAUSE Unable to open the dictionary because the valid scope password
was not specified within 3 tries.
ACTION Reenter the Define command and specify the correct password for
the scope.

4204 MESSAGE Unexpected End-Of-File on $STDINX (SDERR 4204)
CAUSE Hit the end of the file on $STDINX when trying to read the scope
password.
ACTION Contact the DA. Internal Error.

CAUSE Unable to turn the echo facility off through the FControl
Intrinsic when prompting for the scope password
ACTION Contact the DA (remember to get the associated file error).

CAUSE Unable to turn the echo facility on through the FControl
