Start PSERVER at Product Startup
Toggles INACTIVE/ACTIVE. Defaults to INACTIVE. Set to ACTIVE to allow
PSERVER to start automatically when the product is started with NW START.
(Also see Remote Printer Parameters).
Print Server/File Srever Attachment
Toggles LOCAL or REMOTE. Use LOCAL if the print server name specified has
been configured using PCONSOLE for the PSERVER running on the MPE/iX
NetWare file server. If the PCONSOLE printer configuration information
was configured on a different file server, set this parameter to REMOTE.
The default is LOCAL.
Remote Server Name
If the "Print Server/File Server Attachment" parameter is set to REMOTE,
enter the name of the remote NetWare file server where the NetWare/iX
print server has been configured using PCONSOLE. The default is no name.
Print Server Name
Local or remote PSERVER name. This is the name that the NetWare/iX
PSERVER uses when started. The default is NWIX_PSERVER.
Print Server Password
Optional parameter. If a password was entered when the print server was
configured with PCONSOLE, enter the same password here. If the password
is not configured here, when the NetWare/iX PSERVER is started, you
receive a print server start up error. The print server password can be
specified on the command line if the NetWare/iX PSERVER is manually
started as described in Chapter 6, Configure Host Print Services. The
default is no password.
