HP ALLBASE/4GL Run-Time Administration Manual

Chapter 3  System-Wide Specifications 

HP ALLBASE/4GL allows you to define some system-wide items from within
the administrator.

These items are:

   *   Display format definitions such as:

              - the date format, decimal number format, and the currency
              symbol.

   *   Default MPE/iX command interpreter accessible from HP ALLBASE/4GL.

   *   Terminal display enhancements for your site.

   *   Logic and communication area synonyms.

   *   Master titles.

All of these facilities are accessible from the system-wide
specifications menu in the administrator.  To display this menu, select
the System Specifications option on the administrator main menu.
