HP ALLBASE/4GL Collating Sequence 

HP ALLBASE/4GL uses NLS (native language support) to control the
collating sequence.  This sequence depends on the setting of the
NLDATALANG jcw, or job control word.  If this jcw is not set, then the
"American" NLS collating sequence is used.  If this sequence is not
present, then N-computer is used.
