LISTACCT, LISTGROUP, and LISTUSER commands

These three commands have been modified slightly. These modifications
are:
* A new parameter, pass, has been added. This parameter permits a user
with the appropriate capability to view the password for the account,
group, or user listed.
* The MPE V/E version of these commands gave output as an octal dump.
The information displayed by these commands now appears in ASCII
format, similar to the output from the MPE V/E LISTDIR5 utility.
Figure 6-1 is an example of MPE XL LISTGROUP output:
