The FCARD and PTAPE intrinsics are not supported on MPE XL, which has no
provisions for reading paper tape or cards.  The intrinsics are not
available in Native Mode.  Although the intrinsics exist in compatibility
mode, the calling process is aborted when it attempts to execute the
intrinsic code.
