What Does a Mentor Do? In the case of ...Getting Started, the mentor prepares the student account, prepares the final tests (if the student is to take the final exam), discusses the learning objectives with the student and possibly structures/schedules the training, troubleshoots system problems as needed, provides coaching if the student has a problem with the course content, and administers the appropriate final tests (if applicable).
