Chapter 5 File Extension Specifications
You must enter a File Extension Specification for every compile-time
table and array, execution-time array, Record Address File (RAF), and
chaining file used in a program. You enter the following information in
a File Extension Specification:
* Table or array names, descriptions of entries in the table or
array, and the names of files in which they reside or to which
they are written.
* Chaining fields (used to process chained files) and the chaining
and chained file names.
* The name of a RAF and the name of the file it accesses.
The File Extension Specification is identified by an E in column 6:
