Defining a Replacement Pattern 

A replacement pattern is defined in the same way as a search pattern by
using the Define Replace Pattern command.  The command may be executed by
pressing the appropriate function key or by pressing the assigned key, =.
[REV BEG]

     Press F6,  Define Replace[REV END]

You are prompted to type in the replacement pattern.

[REV BEG]

     Type document [REV END]

     Press Return[REV END]
