MPE Spooling Commands

| OUTFENCE OUTFENCE Selects the priority level above |

| RESUMESPOOL SPOOLER ;RESUME Resumes suspended spooler output |
| to a spooled device. |

| SHUTQ SHUTQ Closes the spool queue for a |
