How to Run the Transaction File Editor 

The Transaction File Editor is run interactively.  If you are using the
User Intrinsics, type TFILEEDIT and press Return.  If you are using the
Gateway Intrinsics, type TFILEEDIT GATE and press Return.

The program presents you with a number of screens at which you type
responses to questions or press function keys.  The initial screen looks
