All orders are subject to Whisper Technology's License Agreement.

Deliverables. The fully functional software is downloadable from www.whispertech.com. On receipt of this order to license the software we will return validation codes which will remove nuisance splash screens and register your name on the software. User Guides are available on request, subject to a maximum of the user license ordered. If you would also like the software to be shipped to you on CD-ROM, please note this on your order.

Orders from outside the European Community. For all orders placed from outside the European Community there are no additional taxes, duties or shipping charges payable.

* Orders from within the European Community. For all orders placed from within the European Community (except UK), Value Added Tax (VAT/TVA) @ 17.5% will be applied unless the organization's VAT/TVA Registration number is correctly completed above. Value Added Tax (VAT) @ 17.5% will be applied to all orders from the UK.

Subscription Program. The Subscription Program is charged at an annual subscription of $100 per copy. The Subscription Program provides free upgrades to new versions and releases. The first years Subscription Program covers 15 months to allow for the 90 day warranty period.
