Message Purpose: To communicate forecasted production requirements, material and assembly authorizations, and shipments on record to the supplier (you).
Processing: Forecasted/shipped requirements and authorizations will read into the Baan sessions “Maintain Sales Schedules” and “Maintain Schedule Authorizations,” respectively. This data will be used by the planning systems to plan and create the appropriate purchase and shop floor orders.
