Online Indemnity Bond Last updated: February 15, 1999 Summit Spectrum 28.13 |
Report highlights Completing an indemnity bond often requires member service representatives to spend time manually completing a form with members. Often times, the documents are of poor quality and hard to read. The individual handwriting is often illegible. Also, there are places where the same information may need to be entered more than once. This report uses QueryCalc's QCPrompt to allow front line staff to answer four (4) prompts. This is an alternative to PDOC and MDBO. From the information provided, all other relevant information is extracted from the system and a laser printed indemnity bond is printed to a printer chosen by the employee. The member can review the form, sign it and return it. The whole process takes only a few minutes. One of the unique features of this report is that it converts numbers to their text equivalents and it reads the two-digit state code and converts it to its proper name. Files included
