Report highlights One of the difficulties with the existing Fixed Asset report is that it does not provide a concise summary of the information. Instead, the account numbers are formatted incorrectly, and the data is spread across a myriad of pages. Also, it does not project the expenses forward to allow for budgeting. This report provides a concise, 1-page summary report that allows the user to tell at a glance if the general ledger's fixed asset and prepaid expense accounts balance with the CFO Module information. Additionally, budget reports can be generated which project prepaid expenses, depreciation, and amortization through the next calendar year. A template and macro are included to make running the report easier. The summary report assumes that the hold-file has been posted, but the GL has not been closed for the current month.
