Report highlights This report produces a detail list of delinquent loans that can be analyzed in compliance with NCUA Letter 126. This report narrows the search to loans that are delinquent for a time period calculated and specified by the user. In this example, loans delinquent from 2 to 6 months are printed on a form. The form contains detailed information about the borrower, collateral and performance. It also includes a workspace to allow the user to identify the loss on the loan as required by NCUA Letter 126 regarding the provision for loan losses. The report is sorted by collateral code so that it will generally follow the same pattern as Spectrum's Delinquent Loan Report. A job and macro are included to make running the report easier. The job can be added to the schedule to automate the entire process. Files included
Databases accessed
Special Requirements PostScript printer. In order to print the report to the PostScript form provided, you must have a PostScript printer. If you do not have a PostScript printer, you will need to edit the layout page(s). Other Reports. The KSAM database accessed is created with the End-of-Month Database Report. It also requires the MCU Pseudodatabase to be loaded. |
