Report highlights
This is not a QueryCalc report. It is a pseudodatabase that contains 5 datasets:
- Commands - A dataset that cross-references
Spectrum command code numbers with their tran code
counterpart.
- States - A dataset that cross-references
two-digit state abbreviations with their complete name.
- Numbers - A dataset that cross-references
numerals with their text counterpart (e.g. 1 = one).
- CUOfficl - a dataset that lists the name,
account number, title and participation of credit
union officials in the Board of Directors, ALCO,
Supervisor Committee and Finance Committee. This
file is an ASCII file and must be maintained manually
by the credit union.
- QCDelqSet - a dataset that "reads"
D3307AC.DATA.CU1. This is the file created by
Spectrum when the delinquent loan report is run.
Spectrum "concatenates" the MEMBER-FILE
record and the LOAN-FILE record for the delinquent
loan. This dataset is used to read that information.
Whenever there is an update to Spectrum that changes
either the MEMBER-FILE or LOAN-FILE datasets, this
pseudodatabase definition file (DEFMCUDB) must be
updated. After it has been updated on your HP3000,
you will need to update your QueryCalc dictionary so
that all changes are taken into account.
