Report highlights This report is very similar to the department profile report. It provides the same summary analysis of the membership, only it looks at the age of the member and the age of the account. The age ranges can be modified to fit your specific needs. In addition to the numeric data, graphs have been added that allow you to "see" the results. Sometimes they allow you to see things you didn't recognize before. This report, and the Department Profile report, summarize a tremendous amount of data and are infinitely more valuable because they help you identify and run your business. A job and macro are included to allow the report to be automated to run at the end of the month without input or interference from an operator. In this way, the report is printed and waiting with the other month end reports. Files included
Databases accessed
Special Requirements PostScript printer. In order to print the report to the PostScript form provided, you must have a PostScript printer. If you do not have a PostScript printer, you will need to edit the layout page(s). Other Reports. The KSAM database accessed is created with the End-of-Month Database Report. It also requires the MCU Pseudodatabase to be loaded. |
